Bending
Two computer-controlled hydraulic press brakes are available to shape the cut sheets:
- Maximum pressing force: 100 tons
- Maximum bending length: 3000 mm
Welding
In addition to fixture construction, the welding of sheet metal components is another specialty of our colleagues in the welding department.
Cladding, tanks, containers and the like are manufactured precisely and conscientiously.
If required, the weld seams can also be made watertight or gas-tight – including the corresponding tests.

Powder coating
Our in-house large-part powder coating system gives your sheet metal assemblies the perfect look on request.
We can coat both aluminum and steel using various chemical pre-treatment methods.
